情景規劃圖表
TEMPLATE · WORKSHEET
Use this starter worksheet to explore how a decision could hold up in different futures. Copy the prompts into your own document and adapt them with your group.
- Write one decision or question and choose a useful time horizon.
- List important external uncertainties. Select two that could make a meaningful difference.
- Give each uncertainty two contrasting conditions. Combine them into four futures.
- For each future, discuss the consequences, assumptions, signals to watch, and possible responses.
| Future | Conditions | Implications and next questions |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Uncertainty A: condition 1 / B: condition 1 | What could happen? What would we need to learn? |
| 2 | Uncertainty A: condition 1 / B: condition 2 | What changes? Which actions still make sense? |
| 3 | Uncertainty A: condition 2 / B: condition 1 | What becomes difficult? What could help? |
| 4 | Uncertainty A: condition 2 / B: condition 2 | What opportunities emerge? What signals matter? |
Keep the futures plausible and distinct. Record your assumptions and revisit the worksheet when new evidence appears.
SWOT / TOWS Guide
GUIDE · READING
Start by making the situation clear. Then use the findings to explore choices your team could act on.
- Identify internal strengths and weaknesses. Use specific evidence rather than broad labels.
- Identify external opportunities and threats that matter for your goal.
- Pair strengths with opportunities, strengths with threats, weaknesses with opportunities, and weaknesses with threats.
- Turn the combinations into candidate actions. Check feasibility, choose an owner, and decide what to investigate first.
| Pairing | Discussion prompt |
|---|---|
| Strengths + opportunities | How could an existing capability help us use this opportunity? |
| Strengths + threats | How could a strength reduce our exposure to this threat? |
| Weaknesses + opportunities | What capability would help us pursue this opportunity? |
| Weaknesses + threats | What needs to change to reduce a combined vulnerability? |
End with a small number of decisions or experiments. A longer list is useful only if it helps the team choose its next step.
MoSCoW Prioritization
TEMPLATE · WORKSHEET
Use this worksheet to agree what belongs in a defined piece of work. Set the goal, deadline, and available capacity before assigning priorities.
| Priority | Working question | Your items |
|---|---|---|
| Must Have | Would this effort fail without it? | Add items and the reason each is essential. |
| Should Have | Is it important, with a workable alternative? | Add important items and their fallback. |
| Could Have | Would it be useful if capacity allows? | Add useful extras. |
| Won’t Have this time | What are we explicitly leaving outside this timebox? | Record deferred work and a review point. |
Discuss dependencies and agree on the criteria together. If the must-have list exceeds capacity, revisit the scope before committing.

Customer Journey Mapping
GUIDE · READING
Choose one audience and one journey. A useful map makes the experience visible and helps your team decide what to learn or improve next.
- Name the person or audience and the goal they are trying to achieve.
- Map the main stages and touchpoints from their perspective.
- Add actions, needs, questions, friction, and available evidence for each stage.
- Label assumptions. Choose a few opportunities and a way to validate them with the people involved.
| Stage | Actions and touchpoints | Needs or friction | Evidence / next question |
|---|---|---|---|
| Before | What happens before the main interaction? | What does the person need? | What do we know, and what should we ask? |
| During | How does the main interaction unfold? | Where does progress become difficult? | Which observation supports this? |
| After | What happens next? | What support or follow-through matters? | How will we learn whether it improved? |

AI Productivity Tips
ARTICLE · READING
Begin with one everyday task: organizing ideas, drafting an outline, rewriting a paragraph, or preparing questions. Make the result easy for a person to review.
- State the task, audience, context, and desired format.
- Use information you have permission to share and follow your organization’s rules for the chosen tool.
- Ask for a first draft or alternatives, then revise with specific feedback.
- Check facts, calculations, sources, and tone before using the output.
- Record a prompt and review step that worked, then adapt them to the next task.
A starter prompt to adapt
“Help me draft [output] for [audience]. The purpose is [goal]. Use this context: [information I can share]. Format it as [structure]. Identify assumptions and questions that need a person’s review.”
After reviewing the output, note what was useful, what needed correction, and whether the workflow saved effort.
Team Reflection Worksheet
TEMPLATE · WORKSHEET
Use these prompts after a workshop, project milestone, or team activity. Give people a moment to reflect individually before the group discussion.
| Prompt | Notes |
|---|---|
| What were we trying to achieve? | State the shared goal. |
| What actually happened? | Record observations and outcomes. |
| What helped? | Name behaviors, decisions, or conditions to keep. |
| What got in the way? | Describe the situation and its effect. |
| What did we learn? | Capture the insight worth carrying forward. |
| What will we try next? | Choose an action, an owner, and a review date. |
Close by confirming the next action in the group’s own words. Keep the worksheet focused on learning and specific improvements.
Facilitation Planning Checklist
GUIDE · CHECKLIST
Use this checklist as a starting point for preparing a participatory session. Adapt it to your audience, approach, and agreed scope.
| Before | During | After |
|---|---|---|
| Clarify the purpose and desired working outputs. | Explain the purpose, agenda, and participation options. | Share the agreed notes or working outputs. |
| Understand the audience, access needs, and context. | Invite contributions and make space for different views. | Confirm next actions and responsibilities. |
| Choose activities, timing, materials, and online tools. | Check understanding and adjust the pace as needed. | Collect reflections on what helped and what to improve. |
| Plan how decisions and next actions will be captured. | Record decisions, assumptions, and unresolved questions. | Agree on any follow-up or review point. |

Blue Ocean Strategy Canvas
FRAMEWORK · READING
A strategy canvas compares the factors an offering competes on and the level of value provided across those factors. Blue Ocean Strategy was developed by Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne.
- Choose an offering and a clearly defined customer group.
- List the factors customers receive across comparable offerings.
- Use available evidence to compare those factors, then sketch the value profiles.
- Discuss what could be eliminated, reduced, raised, or created. Choose ideas and assumptions to investigate.
Treat the discussion as a starting point for customer research and testing. Use the framework creators’ guidance to develop a fuller canvas.
